(goals, possibilities, growth, investment, the American dream, pride in ownership, success, family, ambition) My clients tell me they have been thinking of how smart it would be to simply invest towards their futures but many factors hold them back.
1. Lack of knowledge - There are people out there that are still going around saying you need 20% down to buy a home. In what world?! You can put down as little as 0% down and still become a homeowner!
2. Bad Credit- Just because it's bad now, doesn't mean it will always be! Work on it and anything will be achievable. This is the reason I post up about free classes and seminars, I want to see you do well, yes even if it's not with me!
3. Insecurities- Examples include "My parents always rented", "I'm too young "(guilty), and " I don't deserve it". You guys realize many companies started out not knowing what they were doing right? If you follow Rachel Hollis she says it herself " I built a multi-million dollar media company with a high school diploma and a Google search bar." No matter how much others will try to convince you, No one knows what they're doing at first! It doesn't make it impossible, if anything it keeps life interesting.
